Our Heroes on the Ground and in the Canopy
We attach extreme importance to a friendly, cooperative working environment and are incredibly proud of our team! We don't employ anonymous subcontractors, but permanent staff who love their job from the bottom of their hearts. A huge respect always goes to our fantastic ground crew. What these guys manage at times is simply unreal: dragging heavy trunk sections up rough slopes after a tree removal, hauling equipment up and down narrow pathways—often in wet and cold conditions, yet always with a smile. That is the exact quality and hands-on mindset defining Baumdienst König.
When you hire us for your property, you get to meet genuine characters. Take Thommy, our lead climber. With over two decades on the harness, nobody beats him in the canopy. He loves teaching our apprentices rope rigging with endless patience. That’s where Daniel, our highly motivated apprentice, comes in. He learns hands-on daily on site how to perform complex tasks safely, evolving into a true professional treeworker under Thommy's watchful eye.
We also have absolute experts on the ground and operating heavy machinery. Dino, our machinery whisperer, confidently handles the care of massive 30-meter trees in the Berlin Tiergarten. Our precision worker Maxim completes the crew. Today he works with absolute precision and serves as our internal pioneer when it comes to uncompromising occupational safety on every single cut.
